Stregare Baking Company is an Austin based business specializing in providing farm to table desserts and gifts. For 7 years Stregare Baking Company has been making incredible cheesecakes, cookies, brownies and fruit bars from locally sourced, and hand selected ingredients. In fact, some of our ingredients come directly from our own farmstead and orchard. We harvest our own eggs from our free-ranging chickens and use fruit from our own fruit trees. Our goal is to eventually raise and grow most of our ingredients used in our exceptional cheesecakes and desserts.
Stregare Baking Company began as a small local business with a vision of making delicious cheesecakes from the very best ingredients we could source. From a few flavors, we rapidly expanded to more than 100 flavors of cheesecakes, largely because we love the challenge of coming up with something unique for our clients. We also expanded from traditional cheesecakes to fruit bars, brownies and cookies. We now offer a wide selection of dessert options and flavors for weddings, parties, events and corporate gifts.
At Stregare we love to bake personalized gifts and can create custom gift packages for your clients and friends to include a nice selection of different cookie options, brownies and fruit bars. We offer nationwide delivery of cookies, brownies and fruit bars, and local (Austin, Texas area) delivery of cheesecakes. We are in the process of building a commercial kitchen on our farm and will begin shipping cheesecakes nationwide once that is completed.
