We use (and preserve) fresh, Texas peaches and fold them into our signature cream cheese batter to create this delightful treat. The sweet wholesome taste of a Texas peach really needs no improvement. But just when you thought it couldn’t get any better we make it sing in one of our amazing cheesecakes.
