When we started, we were cooking in our kitchen at home using our single oven and often cooking all night to fill the orders. As we have grown we have moved into progressively larger commercial kitchens.

Our rapid growth has been wonderful, but a challenge in its own right.

When we purchased our land in 2015 we dreamed of someday converting one of the barns into our very own commercial kitchen space and tasting room. We never thought we’d need that space so desperately so fast! We have added new wholesale and retail clients and are quickly running out of room in our current rental space. As a result we have begun the planning of our onsite commercial kitchen and hope to break ground soon.
